Hello all. I am Wojtek, I live in Poland.
I bought a Gilera 150. Unfortunately, I have no documents. thanks to the Gilera forum I think it's not 150.
The VIN number is 192-11. It is probably Gilera 175 extra rosso. it has non-original parts, e.g. a steering wheel. Someone will help me determine the model.
Greetings

Re: What model is it
hello and welcome
I'm not very used to this old Gileras.
I have a hand written list in italian which was published here some time ago
#192 is squezzed between 2 other lines so i can not read it really well.
Something like 'Rossa Super Sport cccm 153 May 1957 to July 195?
No warranty about this
Maybe someone else has better informations
ciao Joachim

Hello Wojtek, a warm welcome on this forum!
Joachim is right, prefix 192 means that it is indeed a Gilera 150 Rossa Super.
The Rossa Super model was manufactured between may 1957 and july 1959.
11 is the production number, so your bike is one of the first of the line!
What are your plans with this Gilera?
Greetings,
Nozem

Re: What model is it
gentlemen, something does not suit me. The Ross Super 150 engine looks different to mine. My engine looks like a 150 Super Sport. My bike's frame is black, not red. What do you think about it.

I have a problem, I need to order parts and I don't know which model. I need new valves and there are different sizes. You can give me the website where you order Gilera parts.

Re: What model is it
I found out from a mechanic from Italy that the first Super Sport series had the prefix 192. I think mine is Super Sport.
