Hello I'm back (it's winter!! or almost) And I see this topic.
Our dealer are going to made silicon kit for Saturno and Nordwest/RC(500 IOM, you are unmasked), only 5 of each.

Maybe Are you interested? I can ask him to make more.

Thank you for the information Julien.
I have already contacted Flexeo directly and placed an order for several hose kits. They said will take about another month before they are ready.

Are these hose kits also available for the 600cc Bi4 models? I am interested in buying a set for my XRT.

Greetings,

The radiators of the XRT are mounted 5 cm further apart. The straight connection hose on top of the radiators is accordingly longer. The curved hoses at the bottoms should fit If you cut them some mm short.

That is quite surprising! I did some homework tonight reading the Gilera parts manual.

According to the "catalogo ricambi" the straight connection hose on top of the XRT radiators has exactly the same OEM part number as the RC, RCR and Nordwest: 328884.

The two curved hoses at the bottom end of the XRT radiators are OEM part numbers 321671 and 321672. According to the manual they are equal to the ones on the Dakota and ER.

I am curious if these coolant hoses are still available anywhere? Otherwise I will have to take some lessons from HP *thumb*

don't care to much about the spare part numbers.
Luigi and others sometimes use different numbers for the same parts.
And also different prices for the same parts with different numbers ;)
If you would like to test the hoses for your XRT and the did not fit.. i would take them for my Nordie.
So give it a try and we will know :)
