Hello!
I´m Stybbe from Sweden. I just joined this forum. Seems to be a good one :) I speak English and some German.

I got a couple of Gilera 50 Tourings and thinking of buying a 600 XRT or RC.

See you/Stybbe

Hi there Paul here from the UK

I am very much into 2 stroke engines and parts; I have just added 2 Gilera GFR125 to my collection of bikes and would like to learn more about them.

I own and run a Motorcycle business in the uk and in the past have been a full Piaggio dealer
Gilera, Derbi,Vespa Etc, but now only do parts and engine work.

I have always been into 2 strokes and manly do parts for the Aprilia RS125 and the Cagiva Mito 125,
i hope to add Gilera GFR, SP01/02 parts to our list, although i know this is going to be hard and there are not that many parts available.

Carb is 28 dellorto,(better where 30 or 32!!) Oil-pumps I have, new! Oil-tank: do you have a
Part-No. ?? ....othersides: you can take anyone you can fitted!

Hi, I am Vlado and here is the story of my Gilera. I bought it back in 1991 and restored it to my best ability and limited access to parts, services, etc. In year 2000, I lost it. It is a long and personal affair. A couple of days ago, I managed to recover it! Now I am committed to restore it once again and keep it forever. However, I need to identify the model/year first. I think that the bike is 1958 175 cc Gilera Sport. Tried to confirm it with http://www.registrostoricogilera.org/, but their email is not active - I get the message <segreteria@registrostoricogilera.org>:
user is over quota.
Can somebody help me to identify the bike? the chassis is 189 3317. I also attach a picture of the bike in present condition - not great!
Vlado

Looking for Saturno 500 Bialbero

Post by Ducatisash » Mon Nov 14, 2011 5:53 am

Hello....
Hope that everyone in the Gilera community is well!
I am on the search for a clean Saturno 500 Bialbero '88-99.
I might consider a 350, but would prefer a 500.
I live in California, but am willing to purchase from abroad.
Can anyone give me some direction other then the usual Ebay, Craigslist, etc.
I recently missed one at auction and have not been able to contact seller.
Someone has to know someone that has one in the staple that they no longer want...
I know she's out there....
Please help a brother out!
