It’s a long time since I posted anything on this forum, not that I was a prolific poster anyway
. I have a very original Saturno 500 that I very rarely use, sadly it sits under a sheet in my garage. I am reluctant to use it to be honest as I’m a bit too precious about it.
To enable me to enjoy a ride on a Saturno I have been on the lookout for one I could use on the road. With yet another “heart rules head decision”, I have just recently acquired 2 more Saturno 500s that do need quite a lot of work as they were unused for 20 years. Hopefully I get at least one of them up and running in a few months.
These are the parts I am looking for at the moment, I’m sure there will be plenty more. I have not contacted Bob Wright recently, I know his Saturno stock is getting a bit depleted, I thought I’d try here first.
Carb to airbox rubber hose
The instruments/fairing bracket (bent, damaged is OK)
Fuel tank, for repaint is ok (mine is very rusty but can be saved I hope)
Seat/tailpiece, minor damage is ok. (The one I have is quite badly damaged)
Plastic mudguard/number plate holder
Battery holder and plastic tray
I will also consider any other spares that, I’m sure I will need more bits and pieces as I progress.

I have a NOS full set of Saturno forks and yolks. They are in immaculate as new condition. I don’t think there will be many un used like this anywhere. Price is open to offers/px for other parts but be aware that these are a high value and scarce item. I thought I’d offer on here before resorting to eBay etc.
