I am new here.
I bought Gilera sp02, but code of an engine is 146. Somebody told me that is mxr engine. Ex owner told me, that a bike is made for Swiss region, that is why it has carburator dellorto 28 on it and it has intake on cylinder not on crank. I even heard, that it is restricted on 130kmh. So now i need some help from u. Does anybody know, where is bike restricted? What components i have to remove or fix, to be restricted. And if mxr engine is the same as sp02 engine? do parts interchange?
I would realy appreciate any help.

the VIN of the MXR and MX-1 starts with a 147
Usually the engine has on number more or less.
So the 146 could be the engine of an MX-something
