Try it at my page: www.hahne-power.de Bye Gottfried
www.hahne-power.de really helped me about the spare part knowledge..
even with this knowledge I cant really compare the parts like which part is for this motorcycle and which isn't....does this model use the same part with other enduro-offroad models or something..?
But, as a new Gilera user I would like to know the Gilera 125r (Hard-Enduro) detailed specification and other stuff that I don't really know about...like the manuals and other stuff with your knowledge...
and after all my research on internet. I couldnt really find any information about this motorcycle....and in some of the websites they are not showing this bike in their Gilera list between years 1993-1994...
( is there any owner that can give an information about this machine?)
thank you.....

To be honest, I'm a little bit confused about which model you have I don't recognise a Gilera called the "125R (Hard-Enduro)", but there were several 125 bikes made by Gilera in the 'Enduro' style. That might be why you are having problems locating information. Do you have a photograph of your bike to help with identification? There is a very good listing of the Gilera models at http://www.motorcyclespecs.co.za/bikes/Gilera.htm
I do hope that helps, and once we have the model of the bike confirmed, we might be in a better position to answer some of the other questions

Wow it's really a wonderful bike!
And it's appear in good conditions!
This bike was the last enduro 125 "full power" by Gilera.
After 1995, in Italy, was introduced 125 "limited power" for sixteen years boys (and girls) drivers ...... just 11 kW......

I think that there is a little mistake, because exaust valve system by Gilera was named APTS, not EXUP (it's on Yamaha 4T, like FZR, FZ1, FZ6....).
Well... APTS it's the acronym of Automatic Power Tuning System.
This it's the system with Gilera has tried to give more power to his 2T engine at the low number of rpm.
APTS it's based on a cylindrical exaust valve that until about 6000 rpm it remains in closed position.
This closed position leave a small passage for exaust and give to engine more power at low rpm.
Over about 6000 rpm, this valve it's rotate by a connection with drive shaft.
In this way valve open gradually all the exaust (about 7000-7500 rpm), and can give to engine to "explode" his maximum power!
This is the approximate APTS valve operation.....
Ciao!

well I am always asking questions about parts models and other stuff I am really sorry about my curiosity....
---------------------------------------------
But there comes some other questions
Well as I got the info from gileraXR1 Gilera is using APTsystem AND Joachim said this two systems one of them is pneumatic and the other is electric one ......I think this systems depends on the engine type or something ?
and I guess pneumatic systems are really old version of APTS
>What kind of engine type does Gilera 125r has ? (2T/ER/RRT/Fast Bike/KK/KZ engine type)
>as I surf on internet I saw that there is a model named Gilera R1 125 (which is very similar to 125r maybe the same I dont know because in this website Gilera R1 125 (1997-2000) models looks really similar to Gilera 125r (93-94) model (which is my motorcycle)
http://www.gilera.cz/Gilera%20R1%20125/ ... %20125.htm
and I think or guess this model has the same type of engine with my model.... and for the spare parts I can see some products that fits to gilera R1 125....but can't see any part under the name Gilera 125r model which is mine
wooow everything is getting really confused...but I am really thankfull for your informations and answers
Thank you

Did you manage to copy the KK and MXR WHBs?
Not that I'm impatient
But are a lot of pages, actually separated in two big parts that now I must organize.....
Please give more time! (I get married just this saturday...)
Have a nice day!
