Yes that is idea!

Hopefully we could also find an alternative waterpump? Maybe form some common used fiat or Alfa.

Hi fellow riders, Today my order arrived for two exhaust gaskets in the exhaust ports. I read somewhere that these should be 28x41x2,5mm. When they did arrive today, the package had guzzi stamped on them. So I googled to see which guzzi bikes they belong to. Apparently they are the same as the manif...

Thank Joachim,

Not sure if I need a new waterpump. I will to inspect my pump the coming days, when I’m changing the belt.

I’m quite sure I will convert to electric when my pump is found to be broken and will ask Jan, Pim and Marco for their knowledge.

My name is Joep and I live in Haarlem in the Netherlands. This weekend I bought an Saturno 500 from 1988. I’m super happy, but before I will ride it. I will do some checks and maintenance.
