150 Sport 4 Registration

Hello chaps,
I've recently acquired this Gilera 150 Sport 4 (frame No:186- ) and wonder if anyone recognises their work?! It's been restored but never used by 'someone' some years ago and looks in pretty good order. I hope to get it registered for use.
I need a speedometer and matching drive gearbox, anyone have information on ratio?
