Brake Discs

I stumbled across https://www.metalgear.com.au/brake-disc-rotor~4475364 today - brake disc for Saturno at AUD$345. they sent me the attached picture:

Seems to be stainless steel instead of cast iron
Riveted? Does this mean one will loose this nice ratteling sound when driving on bad roads?
