Since I know we have several CX owners in the english speaking community of the Bulletin Board I thought I direct you to a post in the german part i made regarding rapid prototyping viewtopic.php?f=1&t=6316.
I played a bit with a free CAD-Software called Free-CAD an constructed a wheel cap for my CX. Then I ordered it as a "rapid prototype" from shapeways [url]http:/www.shapeways.com[/url]. Costs around 30 €. Fit quite well but one of the "noses" broke when I unmounted it. Since the material is quite strong i guess I should have supported the part a bit more.
