cheat??

On the 21 0f Januari 2008 I bought from a fellow Gileraforum-member a frontfender and two indicators. I payed trough my bankaccount 38,- euro and received nothing untill today. The forum-member did only respond to the first P.M. I sent and then no more. I wouls like to know wether somebody of the Gileraforum had a similar experience with this Forum-member.

Sometimes you get a suprise.
Yesterday DHL brought a parcel with my frontfender an indicators.( ordered 21st of januari)
It took some time but never the less:
