Hi!
i had bad luck with the crankshaft a few days ago so i decidet to make a full engine rebuild with the maslossi 168cc kit!!, new crankshaft, bearings, gaskets, oil rings/seals, crankcase, cylinder and piston matching/polishing, iriduim spark plug, new drive chain, carburator, air filter, and maybe a new end can.
Some pictures:
here are samo pictures of the crankcase porting:
i need inforamtion about the carburator... the best one for this setup is?
also, will it work properly (in the sence of good mixture) on the olad PHBH 28, and whitch jets shuld be fited?
greetings from croatia!

update!
decided to leave the stock cylinder!
new piston rings (prox for suzuki RG 250), crankshaft with bearings, side bearings (C4 for the flywheel side, and C3 for the clutch side) originally meant to be C5 and C4 but C5 is tough to find...
also there is a complete set of gaskets and oil seals.
and on top of all roughly about 7 hours of work on porting, polishing and matching...
here are some pics:

the marking C3/4/5... marks the distance between the bearing rings and the bearing balls, bigger the number -> the clearance is bigger, meaning less friction but shorter life of operation
hope you understood, sorry for my broken English

Hi Kic!
Ok, that's right, i know the difference between C4 and C5..... and I know about bigger radial clearance between C4 and C5....
Just this: be careful, remember that engine and bearing became hot... red-hot!
A different bearing clearance can cause damage in short time at your engine......
Just this.....
However: C4 on clutch side crankcase and C5 on flywheel side crankcase.....
Good luck!

all other 125cc engines (NSR, mito, TZR, rotax, YZ`s) have c3 bearings, never had any problems whit that, gileras have the same conception so doubt i will have any problems here.
