If like me, you are not happy with the rear vision from your mirrors, there is a fix.
The mirrors from the MX1 fit perfectly, are oblong and give excellent rear vision (not just of your elbows). They come in at least 2 colours, red and black, but the red nowhere near matches the Saturno red, so black is my choice.

Hi Gottfried,
KK & KZ mirrors are oblong like MX1 but have only one support to fairing, MX1 has 2 supports. I have not tried KK/KZ mirrors on Saturno so do not know if they also fit.
I have also seen KK with round mirrors like Saturno, GFR and others.

There have been 2 versions of Saturno mirrors out there.
The italian version with rather short arms.... no sight at all.
And the german version with slightly longer arms and also no sight to your back

Don't know what you Brits have mounted...

Hi Joachim,
All the Saturnos I have seen in England (including the imports from Japan) have the longer arms. These are no longer available, but the short ones are. I understand the short ones are from the Crono and GFR models. The longer ones give good view of your arms ans shoulders and the short ones give a better view of arms and shoulders.
Both my Saturnos now have the MX1 mirrors.
Still looking for all Saturno details from any owners in Germany so I can add to my complete list of all those built.
