Passenger grips for Nordwest made of aluminium

Hi all
Most of the Nordwest riders probably know this issue: Over the years the passenger grips start to crack and at some point go to pieces. The cheap solution is to buy new/used grips but the problem is that they are the same quality as the old ones...
That's why I would like to have a solid and permanent replacement. I discussed this issue with Mauri. If you don't know him, have a quick look at http://www.bb-technology.ch/ to see how he tuned his Saturno.
Mauri could make replacement grips out of aluminium. This would be a good-looking and solid alternative, compared to the original grips.
For a pair of aluminium grips, he estimates a price of EUR 99.- (excluding shipping). If you wish, they can even be andonised.
What I would like to know is whether some of you would be interested in buying these grips or not. If you are interested, please write a message to this board.
If you do have questions or suggestions, add them here as well.
Cheers
