Hi all,
I wonder if anyone can help, I've just bought my very first motorcycle-a Gilera Cougar 125cc-but i can't find the choke lever. There is an illustration in the manual but I don't know which part of the bike I'm supposed to be looking at :?
Can anyone point me in the right direction??
Thank's
Lindy

I don't know this type of Gilera... but there are two usual position for the choke lever.

-left side of the handle bar, a lever or some kind of ring with a small lever
- direct at the carburetor, somewhere under the fuel tank (it isn't a scooter isn't it  ) or front end of the seat.

If it is a scooter... it may have some kind of automatic choke.
But if i remember right it must be some kind of a small Chopper.

good luck, Joachim

Cheers Joachim! It was buried right underneath the fuel tank, as you suggested. The Cougar is a small cruiser but looks much bigger than a 125, it's parked next to my partner's 600cc road bike and you would never guess they were that different!
Thanks a lot, it's starts like a dream now :D

All the best,

Lindy
