You must to consider that in this kind of 2T engine, usually you must to replace rings every 6000/8000 km.... and a new piston and rod every 12000/16000 km....

It's not complicated, but you must to take a part exaust pipe (for check open position) and.... take a part head (!) for check closed position.... (tell me more if you want to do this operation)

- I have a problem with my silencer. When i buy the moto, the person who have it befor have bore silencer. I cherch i silencer occasion. If someone have a silencer tell me.
If you are interested I have an Arrow silencer on good condition...
- my chain group is a 14/44. so I think it is normal that 6th gear don't turn at maximum but for the first !!
When engine it's in very good condition takes 9500 rpm in 6th gear.... I swear!
- I have road tire on my xr1. Whith a 17" front wheel.
Good. So you don't have some frictions for tumbling by off-road tires...
I don't have stroboscopic gun so i can't control engine advance.
Yes... for this gun you can ask at some motorcycles workshop/repairs.
