Hi Dave,

Welcome here! What carb are you running on your 150 Giubileo? A Dell'Orto ME18BS or a UB20BS?

Thanks Nozem for the reply, the carb is a UB20BS I am not sure of needle setting or mixture. I have cleaned out tank all pipes were blocked and carb soaked and cleaned with cellulose thinners!!
Thanks Dave.

Hi Dave,

I hope this will help you finding the right settings for your UB20BS.

Thanks Nozem for the diagram its really strange the idle jet is about 12mm above the main jet so it seems starved of fuel, lifting the level in the float chamber seems to solve the problem.
Thanks again Dave.

Just checking, what is the weight of your float? The lighter giubileo models have a 4.2 grams float, the heavier ones should have a 6.5 grams float.

Hi Nozem the float is 6.5 grms I have checked weight and its 6.4 so ok main jet is 95 pilot jet 45 needle tube is 260A, I have needle on No2 setting, there is a slight difference from diagram for jet size.
I went for a short ride on bike last night its fine at normal revs but still not right at low revs, I am having trouble with the rocking gear change never used one it could be my age 74 this year.
