Hi guys, i would like hear your opinion about the best chain guide & slider for my RC600C, the ones i have are broken and i can not find the original parts here where i live so i though i could use an aftermarket ones that could fit my bike, if there is anything similar of course ?
i found this but don't know if it fits on the bike.
thanks

Re: Gilera RC600C (1993) chain guide & slider
There is a chain slider which will fit.
At least at the Nordie i have proven this.
The swing arm of the RCC is nearly the same.
The front part is equal to the one from the Nordie, only both the arms are longer.
So it should also fit on the RCC.
UFO part# XR02686001 for Honda XR600R 88-02
On the front end there is slot in the swing arm part. The original Gilera slider has a little notch which fits into this slot.
The UFO part did not have this notch, so you will have to glue something in there to fix the slider against moving to the side
Or is it just the other way round? The slider has the slot and the swing arm the notch?
Looks like it's way to long ago
Whatever... i glued something in there. That's what i can remember
Hmm... the original Slider has a notch. The UFO also has a slot.
So you can glue a small piece of sheet metall into the slider which lasts into the slot of the swing arm and fix the slider.
That's the way it is...at least i hope so
ciao Joachim
