oil pump synchronisation (GFR)

Hi, i have just aquired a GFR125SP . It had not been run for 2-3 years following some minor damage to plastics when a child pushed it off its stand. I have replaced the battery , cleaned out the carb & drained the tank. i removed the exhaust and put a squirt of two stroke oil down both transfer ports to get some oil onto the main end, and replaced the exhaust. the bike started after a bit of persuasion running on a 50/1 premix to get some lube into the system. my main question is how do i synchronise the oil pump correctly.

There must be a mark like l ( on pump & lever); by full gas it must be at the same line!
