Hi, can you tell me how much you spend on all this? You say it cured the starting problem still using the same battery? Why does this happen? Mine as a similar problem but i didn´t think it was related to the freewheel... :?

I never imagined that this could be the problem(freewheel) myself but after read some articles here and on other foruns and speak with some people(mechanics) here, i decided to go forward and replace the freewheel,...., it seems this is a old problem on old BI4´s like mine.
I´ve paied 69 euros for the KTM freewheel and i´m so glad i did it,...., so this only what i´ve spend and some durty hands of course,...thats all !

Okay, i´m convinced to try this also! :D
Can you tell me exactly what is the new part from KTM?
Or is it the all assembly complete (like in your picture before)?
Is the KTM any diferent or just better made/better materials than the Gilera? Stronger circular spring maybe?
Many thanks!

You only have to order this and disassembly the freewheel and replace the damage one with the KTM one, the ref is: 584.40.026.000 like Joachim told me, i recommend you to go back to the begining of this thread and read it again.....! *thumb*

this is the damage one that needs to be replaced:
