Difficult engine starting....

Difficult engine starting....
I´m having difficulty starting my Rc engine, i tought it was the battery but i tried with a higher capacity car battery and the result was the same,...rechecked the valve adjustments once again and everything was like in the book, so i decided to check the inside of starter engine,...cleaned the brush pins and assembled it again.
After all this work...the problem remains,...so i decided to check the freewheel/drivengear,....after been removed from the engine i tried to rotate and i felt almost impossible to rotate the nonteeth gear,... i think i found the problem but before order a new one i would like to hear your opinion first,.....also where can i find a new one (not used),... !

ciao Joachim
Here it is, desassembled and ready for the new KTM parts,.....fortunately the inside and outside surfaces on the 2 wheels seems to be in good condition and no signs of damage,....but the circular spring that keeps the rolers in their place..... is too large and it is damaged .
as you can see..... the damaged rollers.
