Starter motor xrt dakota 350
One question. Can you use starter motor from Xrt 350, 88 mod. on a Dakota 350, 87 mod?

Re: Starter motor xrt dakota 350
that should be ok.
We just have a discussion in the german part of the forum about the different starter engines.
There are 2 versions. One with an extra slipping clutch to prevent damages.
If you can get that one it would be the better choice.
Beside this, all the starter engines of all the 4stroke Gileras from that time should fit

Thank for a good answer.

Re: Starter motor xrt dakota 350
there are minimum three different versions. The first XRT´s have the starters with external bolting. But you can mix all starters using the sufficient starter dome with.
