both the upper clear tubes are breather tubes for the tank filler caps (better said for the room around the filler caps) You may see the water in them
The fuel tank has his breather tube on the upper side of the tank.
The oil tank breather tube is the bigger one of the tubes on the left side. It is routed somewhere down, so leaking oil will not reach your rear tyre
The smaller tube is routed to your oilpump on the right side of the engine.
Between the last two tubes you can see the electrical sensor for the oil level warning light.
It is good to have a workshop manual. You may check and adjust your oilpump carefully, not to have a seized engine after your first test ride
