Hi to all
i hope some body can help me please
I am english but live in france
i have brought a peugeot X125 LC 1980-1985
i think it is a Gilera 125 RX .
But to be sold in France it changed to a Peugeot
I really want a 15t gear box sprocket instead of a 16t this on has a shoulder on the engine side which goes into the oil seal.

If this is the same as the RX that would be great as there are no parts available for the peugeot in france or i cant find them
i have also a couple of spare engines and a rolling chassis if these could help some else.

any feed back or assistance would be great .
Thanks in advance Mark

Hi to all

Alvast bedankt Mark

I am not shure, but there have been Peugeots with Gilera engines.
Better said there have been Gileras with Peugeot stickers on ;)

If you have a gilera engine (pic?) you may find a sprocket at http://www.pbr.it.
There are scetches so you can compare with something you have.
If you did not find something, ask Gottfried (http://www.hahne-power.de) for help.

ciao joachim

BTW we are *deutsch* here, so it did not help to translate into *dutch*

I think if you keep it simple english is ok for most of us rulez

Thanks Joachim
i have checked the dimensions for the sprocket from the www.pbr.it and they are the same
so we have a Gilera 125 with Peugeot badges
i will now order a chain set
i hope this post helps others to;

just for your info when i brought the bike it would only rev to 6000rpm
found the CDI was at fault.
so fitted a 80cc peugeot moped one that looked the same 35euro from UK and now it is like new
just the mounting holes were different
sorry about the translation before
Thanks Vachers
