the seal kit includes all the gaskets you need.
For each piston there is the inner square ring between the piston and the cylinder.
Also the dust cap for the outside. A small cap for the bleeder valve.
And the small O-ring between the two halves of the caliper.
I dont know if the Aprilia calipers are the same or only the sealings are the same.
So i did not know if you can use the pin or not :(

HP confirms that the rear brake calipers of the Nordies and the Saturno are the same.
He also suggested to check the caliper carefully.
They use to wear out and have a big gap between piston and bore so the pistons may block.
Then you will need a new caliper :(
There is a small caliper from a scooter available which can be made fit.

Joacim, thanks very much for all the info regarding the dust caps and O-rings for the rear caliper. As yet I am still waiting for the part, local Aprillia dealer to come good with the item.?? I have the cooling system completely dismantled and cleaned out, the thermostat works correctly and the fan turns on and off, and the switch seems to pass current on the multimeter when the temperature reaches just over 90°C. It occurred to me on carefully inspecting the coolant connector (especially the plastic one on the right-hand side of the engine block) and also the radiator hose pipes, not being in such brilliant condition (30 years old) as to the availability of buying new items when they come due. With the radiator hosepipes can you take the existing ones and have them copied? Locally. The plastic connector on the right-hand side where the coolant enters the engine is not in very good condition. I can see very fine cracks in it, although at this point in time it doesn't leak. Thanks very much for the motor Gussie exhaust gaskets number. I was able to obtain those and it only took about two weeks! Very quick. Regards Leo

Joacim, please send me one to the same address that you sent the gaskets to. And, if you have the correct O-ring could you please put one in. Let me know the cost, plus postage and I will send it to you on PayPal. Maybe, A set of gaskets if you have those also. I am blown away by the things that you have for Saturno's!! Regards Leo. PS if you have a list of the other bits and pieces that you keep (store in a junk box) please let me have a list.

beg your pardon for the delay.

Those stainless parts have been made years ago by a forum member.
You will have to pay what i have paid... 30 Euro
Unfortunatelly plus shipping to down under :(
I will see what this will be.
For the O-Ring i will have to maesure at weekend.
BTW the polished one with the red rings is mine. You will get one of the others :)

For your hoses problem i did not have a solution.
Straight hoses may be easy to find, but those with bends?
When the hoses are ok half the way it might be possible to cover them under some kind of heat shrink tube.
You know about this stuff?
I have seen this done by a forum member, to get a color which fit to the rest of his Nordie.
I did not know if it's usable as some kind of reinforcement.
But maybe it's worth to give it a try :)

Oh and i did not have other Saturno replacement parts beside the gaskets, the rear light s and those water collector parts
As far as i remember ;).
There are only some brake rotors for Nordies and XRTs left.
But maybe we will sometimes have also brake rotors for Saturnos...
