Gilera RC 125 Top Rally: air filter

Post by salve » Sat Sep 17, 2011 3:18 pm

Hello!

My name's Davide, I live in Pisa, Italy.

I have a Gilera RC 125 Top Rally 1990, which I love very much. I need a new air filter: can somebody help me to find a reseller, best in Italy, or some instruction to build a new one myself? I still have the plastic structure from an old air filter. The filter is more or less cylindric shaped, 206mm tall, 70mm base diameter.

Thank you so much!

uups the same filter as on the Nordies?
Then you also can use a paper filter from the Fiat FIRE engines (see also the cross reference list for the K&N filte)
Cheap and easy to get.

But..... round???
That's something different  Nordie filters are flat and square shaped.

If it's a foam filter you may be able to make something by yourself.
I had bought a flat foam filter from TwinAir (if i remeber right) to cut a filter for my GFR.
To do this i used the original plastic frame.
Mabe this also will work for you.
Pics? Maybe somone here knows about another type which will fit.

ciao joachim
