at the last weekend i had a look at my crankshaft 'collection'
I have on that is marked with GFR from the previous owner.
Another one whih is defintly a GFR shaft, because i have dismounted it from a GFR engine.
The engine looks as it had never been apart. So i think it's proofen to be a original GFR part.
Beside this i own a shaft which i got for cheap as a rebuilt SP shaft. At that time i thought the shafts are all the same.
The funny thing is now, that my SP shaft has the same numbers on its halfs as yours on the pictures above.
The GFR shafts both have different numbers.
The rebuilt shaft has a non Gilera conrod. At least this one looks different to the both other rods.

I will try t ofind some time to measure the shafts and press the parts appart.
Then i will post some pics and measurements.

BTW how difficult is it to press a crank together?
I am thinking about to do this by myself.
On the other hand i think one needs a lot of experience to do this.
Maybe it would be the better choice to find a well trusted local workshop for doing this.
I wount like to send the heavy shaft by post.

seems to be tha there is a simple way to divide GFR cranks from the others.
The gudgeon pin on GFR cranks have 22mm, all the others are only 20mm.
Found this in the manuals and on the 2 crank shafts i have here.
Also the 200ccm engines have 22mm.
Beside this there are other differences. Lenght of the conrod, distance and diameter of the 2 crank discs.

Gottfried could you confirm this?

PS if the distance of the crank discs is smaller then also the complete crankcase must be different. Maybe this is the reason why the gasket which i had did not fit.
Did someone know if there is a special 200ccm crankcase and Luigi has used this one?
