I wish to replace the standard 17 x 1.14 steel rims on my 1960 Gilera 124 Extra with alloy replacements.
I am finding it tricky to get the exact size in alloy! Has anyone fitted alloys to there's, and if so,what make and size?
Thanks.
Roger.

Thanks for the reply folks!
I have bought these off ebay yesterday.....
They are 1.60, slightly wider than the 1.40 steels, but I cant see that being a problem.

No, I know a man who can.
I don't attempt things I have not been shown to do. I tried to re-upholster a motorcycle seat last week. Made a bit of a mess, so decided to let someone who knows what they are doing fix it!
