Beg your pardon.

ciao Joachim
Hi Joachim!

Eh! Yes, I know......
I too, I've found a piston on eBay.... but it was 55,96 mm of diameter....
I would like to buy it, but I didn't know what piston needs polish center for "new" cylinder...
Now my new piston is 55,99 mm of diameter...
However thank you very much!

Ift he coating of the cylinder has to be renewed you can do this on every diameter you want. At least this was done on my scratched GFR cylinder.

Now my new piston is 55,99 mm of diameter...
Displacement can not be replaced... exept by more displacement ;)

Hi Joachim!
Ah, ok! Thanks! Now I know!
I thought that the insertion of the pistons was graduates time after time..... and increase at every polishing:
 - 1st time 55,96 mm
- 2nd time 55,97 mm
- 3rd time 55,98 mm
- 4th......
Thanks!!!

Have a nice day! :D

It's all ready to reconstruct engine thermal kit! *yahoo*

Hi guys! :D
I'm not dead! In those days I've tried to make to re-born my carburetor.....
Mine Dell'Orto, PHBH 28 MD, it's very dirty..... Have a lot of dusty in his body....
I'm here again to fight vs a 17 years old fuel (and oil), now evaporated....
This kind of dirty completely blocked choke valve into his aluminium body and a lots of fuel jets.... :?
Gasket of carburetor are ruined too by old fuel.... :(
I'm trying to save this carburetor but it's very hard....
And I'm loosing a lot of time!!!!!! :?
I think that tomorrow night I'll try to compose the engine with a complete set of cylinder, piston, head, APTS valve..... but carburetor..... I don't know.........
See you soon!

Ciao *thumb*

Hi guys!
Finally I've composed engine with a complete set of cylinder, piston, head and APTS valve!
Carburetor too it's composed, with new parts and new gaskets.
I don't now if carburetor would job correctly..... I hope it!

Now I've a new..... strange problem::shock:

- fuel tank was half/full of 17 years old fuel (it smells like hell!);
- I've tried to empty it.... but without success (about 1/2 liter again into lateral pockets of tank....); :?
- I've taken apart fuel tap..... nothing..... old fuel it's there again!!!!
- GREAT IDEA!: with a idro-cleaner I've shot down old fuel...... very well, now I've about 1/2 liter of water again into lateral pockets of tank....
- have someone a simple suggestion to empty this hell's fueltank?*deibel*
- a vacuum cleaner? How? *idea*

Thank you very much!!!!

If it's fuel.. very simple... just throw in some fire :)
Water? You may heat up the tank with a hot air gun.
Not a quick solution, but you may dry it up some times.
And don't distroy your paint on the tank.

Hi joachim!
Well... yes, I think that you have reason about hot air gun and fueltank paint....
I was thinking too about an hair dryer.....
But now I want to try with an industrial vacuum cleaner....
Thank you very much! *thumb*

Hi everybody!
And the show..... go on..... must go on!!!
Well.... I've used vacuum in fueltank 2... 3... 4... times and more and more!
But.... there are always some little pebble into fueltank (some residual of dirty)....
However I think that now fueltank it's quite clean..... *Clap
And now.... New Problem..... I can't believe it! *SOS*

Fuel floating it's blocked! I've taken apart it from fueltank....
I've clean it, but nothing.... fulcrum of floating bar it remains too hard to move up and down....
Now... or I'll try to to separate all pieces of fuel floating group.... or I'll try to find a new group.....

More and more difficult ladies and gentlemen!!!! *oh*
