Do they really force you to put those "L"-signs on your bike?
You'd better believe it!
What's more, if she ever got pulled by a real jobsworth copper, he could do her for an 'improperely displayed' front 'L' plate.......

I thought it was a Nordwest frame with a Honda CBR6 motor fitted.
IIRC, Piaggio were in negotiations with Honda, but it all came to nothing.
Someone, somewhere, is supposed to have actually managed to create the beast.

If you are unsure if the motor is on the right stroke, just whip the rocker covers off so you can see the rocker arms. While they're off, you might as well check the clearances  Sorry i couldn't understand exactly, rocker covers ? Vernacular English: On the top of the motor are two square pla...

Not done this myself, but one or more blokes from the old UK Gilera Club reckoned they did.

Why do you want to fit it?
The Nordie's electric foot is usually trouble free and quite easy to fix when it isn't.
What's the problem?

That means a Duke should fit too. Don't you dare! This is from K** , so it is from the bad side of biking! Alternative is a Ducati Monster mud guard or one of Benelli Tornado. But all of them needs some little adjustments to fit properly. Kind regards Sam  Hadn't even thought of KTM! Now I've ...

Just expanding my options

Nordwest Front 'Guard

Has anyone got any suggestions for a replacement front mudguard for a Nordwest?
I'm looking for something close to the original, not the usual MX conversion.
Ducati?

Just found you all and decided to register. I've had my 93/94 Nordwest for ten years - it's an early CDI model with mag cases and black and yellow bodywork. I was a long time member of the sadly now defunct Gilera Network, where I picked up a little of the wealth of knowledge that existed there, so ...
