as im only 20 i fall into the group of brits that were taught metric at school and as an apprentice mechanic, i know how to measure a nut, i think its easier to let someone else find it for you though, thanks paul i'll try bobby

main,,,135 idle,,,,,48 choke ??? while trying to remove the main jet i managed to snap off the deflector on the top of the needle seat tube, because this part is brass and the rest of it is alloy i thought i could drill out the piece and replace it, i cant see a way of getting it out and fear i may ...

changes to jets

i am going to put a cone filter on my kk (standard everything)
do you recommend upjetting or simply lowering the needle clip position
i think its on second from top at the moment

take the carb off and remove the float, pull out the cut-off needle and clean it, you may find gum residue on it. replace parts and you should be fine.adjust the float level or if not get a new needle
