Re: 1964 jubilee 150cc carburetta setting

Just checking, what is the weight of your float? The lighter giubileo models have a 4.2 grams float, the heavier ones should have a 6.5 grams float.

Re: Fork reconditioning ?

Hi lambs, It's true, reconditioning these forks is pretty difficult. On the older Gilera models you can simply unscrew the chromated part, but this is not possible on the later Giubileo 175/202 models. Re: 1964 jubilee 150cc carburetta setting

Hi Dave,

Welcome here! What carb are you running on your 150 Giubileo? A Dell'Orto ME18BS or a UB20BS?

Greetings,

Re: Baujahr B300

Re: Gilera 202 needs work (lots.....)

Hi there lambs, Great to find out more about the history of your bike. Gilera Long Beach CA was a large dealership in 1965. The front fork and fender of your bike are not original, so I guess the front wheel probably is not original too. My money is on the second picture, the Gilera 202 with the sma...

Re: Gilera 150 Autostrada.....also needs lots of work

Hi Lambs,

Here's a good start to get your Gilera 150 Autostrada right.
Unfortunately it is in Italian but I hope it will be of any help.
