Re: OMOLOGAZIONE SILENZIATORI "NUOVI"
Hi Joachim,
Are you selling these silencers from Germany, or do we deal direct with Luca in Italy? If I read correctly on the German section they are eu195 plus postage, how can I get one sent to the UK.
Kind regards
John

Re: Motordaten der RCR gegen über der Nordie
we also did not understand what's different ;) What i know is that the RCR has a different (bigger) airbox. That's what i have seen on pics. Another thing is the different jetting of the carb. Felix mentioned the exhaust is also different. Maybe HP could tell us all the mysteries and imaginations a...

Re: Custom Gilera Saturno 500 FCR IOM
Hi Sean, Mail me on jtbunting44@yahoo.co.uk and I will send photo's without fairing and as now with fairing. John Rushworth built it and modified a head quite extensively, I am told he reduced the guide length a bit too much, which allowed valves to rock and eventually break, totaling the engine :oo...

Re: Custom Gilera Saturno 500 FCR IOM
Hi Customhead, That is really nice, I do like the exhaust system. My Saturno is the ex John Rushworth naked with a Nordie engine fitted with 2 x 32 Keihin carbs on a cleaned up head which according to the Dyno print outs that came with the bike gave just over 51bhp at the wheel, I have since fitted ...

Hi Beemer, Just lean the bike slightly as if you had a prop stand on the other side, I have a padded bit of wood attached to the garage wall :D to lean the bar end against and fill to the top of the sight glass, being an old bugger with not such good eyesight these days it is even harder to see the ...

RC600
Hi All, I am restoring an RC 600C found abandoned for about 12 years in a damp farm building, it looked very dirty and neglected when I got and I actually bought it for spare parts for my Nordwest and Saturno, but when I got it back home to Nigeria and cleaned it up a little I decided to rebuild it ...

• Motorbasis 560 cm³: Zylinder/Kolben für 629 cm³, Kolben Durchmesser 104 mm: Mulde oval, dadurch höhere Verdichtung, zusätzlich eingefräste Ventiltaschen Ich denke, das ist ausreichend. Gruß HP
Hi HP, Sorry I can't do this in German, who made the 104mm piston and liner to produce the 629cc ...

Can't wait to experience a Gilera. Talk to you all soon. Ted
Hi Ted, I think you will like it, they all have a real stormer of an engine, I got a Nordwest 1st, then an RC600 found covered in chicken shit in a farm, that I bought for spares, which having had a good look at is going to be rest...
