Mike , i dont know if there were ever any exhaust manifold gaskets when i got the bike??? but i would like to know if i should be looking for some.i could probably cut some if i put my mind to it ,but it would be easier to buy a couple and probably fit better regards leo

Dear anyone, does anyone know where to get a set of exhaust manifolds for a Saturno 500. It suddenly occurred to me on reading a post Friday, August 29, 2014, that the exhaust manifolds if they ever existed are pretty well crap. Joachim, what is the brand name & part number for the spragg clutch bearing for the starter clutch for Saturno 500 ? Is it as stated on the Utube video called The FREEWHEEL of the Starter, which is KTM 584.40.026.000 . Could let me know if this is all i have to get to complete the repair. leo

Felix, just had a look at my bike and I think the front forks are different to yours, not easy to see Leo. If I could put a photo in I'm sure you'd be able to see, regards Leo

Felix, yes my Saturno 500 which was imported into Australia from Japan had Ciriani front forks which looked exactly the same as your F1 endurance forks. dear Joachim, thanks very much for your reply. English is great, lot better than most Australians. Interesting about the Ciriani front forks! Still looking for some way of blocking off the holes after removing the kickstart a mechanism. Regards Leo
