Interesting about the Forcella Italia Endurance forks fitted on some bikes exported to Japan. Yes, mine are still in the bike and going great. What was the screw at t...

Re: Forcella Italia Endurance für Saturno

Felix, just had a look at my bike and I think the front forks are different to yours, not easy to see Leo. If I could put a photo in I'm sure you'd be able to see, regards Leo

Re: Forcella Italia Endurance für Saturno

Felix, yes my Saturno 500 which was imported into Australia from Japan had Ciriani front forks which looked exactly the same as your F1 endurance forks. They had labels on the lower part which were very faded and nearly impossible to read. Adjustments at the top and at the bottom. Regards Leo PS I h...

Re: Saturno Owners in Australia

Dear HP, I see on a lot of photos of Gilera Saturno bikes , none of them have Ciriani front forks. My bike has, were they a later add-on or what? They have the quick release mechanisms to drop the front wheel with the axle out in one piece. Love to know the story regards Leo PS also have adjustment ...

Re: Saturno Owners in Australia

Dear HP, Joachim, and anyone else. I am planning on taking the kick starter out of the Gilera Saturno 500. I can't remember where but I saw someone in a video giving the name of a screw to blank the exit off. Does anyone know? Or does anyone have the necessary for sale? Thank you leo

Re: Saturno Owners in Australia

Dear Joachim, thank you for your reply. Do I just separate the gear from the clutch carefully with a screwdriver? Is there any reason to check on the kickstart while I have the bike in this situation? And also the decompression mechanism? There is a fairly good YouTube video on the kickstart which I...

Dear HP, followed the instructions in Nordwest.rapidmouse.com mechenic free wheel with its various pictures and translated French explanation. Unable to remove the clutch but the gear is jammed in it. How do you separate them? Regards Leo
