Niiiece :) But you should grind away this 'Made in Japan' giggle Is the rod for the GFR engine or for the SP one? As far as i remember the length of both is different. You have the parts and the skills to rebuild GFR crankshafts? Nice ;) I have a spare engine whic hi would like to plug into my GFR frame because the engine which is mounted at the time is leaking oil. The engine was tanding some time without the cylinder. Looks like there was a little bit of water ...

Progress is slow on my GFR125 as i have not had much time to spend on it but i have made and fitted a new con rod crank. However i have started to add GFR parts to my web site, i don’t expect to sell much as there is little or no call for Gilera GFR parts but i like the bikes and that is why i have ...

...and the one is supposed to have a SP02 engine in? wasn't it a SP01 Engine? Is there any way to tell the difference between the 2 engines from the out side? On the RH side of the engine you can see the cover of the APTS. If it's metall and the same grey as the engine so it's a mechanical system. ...

Thanks for the reply Joachim, i have just brought 2 GFR125 and the one is supposed to have a SP02 engine in? The one with the SP02 engine has a mechanical powervalve rather than a electronic type one. Is there any way to tell the difference between the 2 engines from the out side? Do you know is Gil...

GFR - SP01 SP01 pistons ?

Hi there, I read that the SP01/02 piston is not the same as the GFR125 ?
Can anyone confirm this ?? if so what are the differences between the 2 pistons ?

Also has anyone got a parts book for the GFR125 ?
